The account that inetd is started under when being started as
a service has its own user mode mounts.  Those get loaded into
the in-memory mount table.

It's arguably a bug but the simple way to fix this is to login
as the inetd user and umount everything you don't want.

Or, maybe you can find the settings in the registry somewhere.
