I'm actually working on the non-IE5 protocols at the moment, but until
I finish, it's either IE5 or download manually.

If you can use some other method for copying the .tar.gz files to your
local machine, you can use the "install from current directory"
option.  Either *omit* setup.ini, or copy setup.ini and *preserve* the
directory structure.
