Folks,

Long time (1995) linux user. first exposure to cygwin. What I have is no idea
what version works with what apps. B19/B20 is or is not the same as V1.0 or
V1.1 . Does that require DLL 1.1.4 ?

Also, uname -a reports CYGWIN-4.10 (hostname) 1.1.4(0.26/3/2) 2000-08-03 20:53
i586 unknown. when installing ssh-1.2.27-cygwin1.1.rpm using rpm 3.0.4, it
reports "package ssh-1.2.27-cygwin1.1 is for a different operating system.'
So in general I'm just confused. help?

keep up the good work,
