Where is everyone still getting B20 ?  ...or, why do people think
the current version is B20?

Anyway, try putting
#!/bin/sh
on the first line of your shell command file.  For a Perl file,
#!/usr/local/bin/perl -w
or something like that, indicating the path of the command
interpreter.
