I am not sure how to use new version-selection feature. I said "install from internet". After I connected to mirror and downloaded setup.ini I got a screen that looked like: 20000823-1 -> Keep ash ... like this for all other packages) @ 20000823-1 ash ... (like this for all packages) where @ is this character I have to click. Of course, version numbers were specific for each package. Clicking on @ sign changed version number to "Skip". Leaving everything as above, I clicked on "Next". It downloaded two updated packages (ash and inetutils) and started to install *everything* I had in my local directory (that is, everything from latest and contrib). So, the questions are - can I see, what package version is currently installed? And what version(s) is(are) currently available on server? - what does "Keep" mean? With my English I understand it as "keep installed version". - why it reinstalled everything? And where do I select which version to install (assuming, more than one is available)? -andrej Have a nice DOS! B >> -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
