it allready has a /tmp directory because it works fine in windows 98, but
not in 2000.
so thats why i think win2000 needs some extra variables somewhere, but i
have no clue wich ones.
i tried reinstalling it but that didnt help either, i checked all dll's and
replaced em with the newest one so every cygwin1.dll on my computer is the
same one.
