Rename cygwin-1_1_3-1_tar.tar to cygwin-1.1.3-1.tar.gz etc. File endings sometimes get messed up when downloading with Netscape. When unzipping sources remember to disable "TAR file smart CR/LF conversion" in Configuration/Miscellaneous.
