mkpasswd and mkgroup both seem to be "linked to
missing export NETAPI32.DLL:NetApiBufferFree".  Is
this compatible with Win95?  I do have a version of
NETAPI32.DLL in my system folder.  (Should I copy it
to somewhere else?)
