IIRC, the newest version doesn't have a problem; but, older versions would
download the file in "text mode processing" causing \r\n combinations to return
only \n and ^Z (C-z) to indicate the end of the file. Binary files have these
as natural data and so the result would be a file that didn't contain all of
the bytes needed.
