Both tee and cygwin1.dll are distributed under the terms of the GNU
General Public License (GNU GPL).  Thus, you must comply with the GPL
for each of those two files.  This normally means distributing sources
for each, although there is a rarely used option to provide a coupon
instead, redeemable for sources later.
