A quick run through old messages related to PGP indicated that there was some work in this direction, but, no final results.

http://www.gnupg.org/ seems to be the homesite for GNUPg, and it does seem to have better support for Unices with no /dev/random

Could someone please bring me up to date on how to get a running version of PGP for cygwin? Thanks a lot.
