Subject:	`sys/ipc.h' and `sys/sem.h'

Hi !

I have just try to install a Perl Bunch (LWP).
I get (for one of the module) the conplain:

/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.0/cygwin/CORE/perl.h:3202: sys/ipc.h: No such
file or directory
/usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.0/cygwin/CORE/perl.h:3203: sys/sem.h: No such
file or directory

Did I missed something ?
