Subject:	FTP and `.netrc'

I cannot set the correct `mod' for `.netrc' (-rw-------):
can someone from the WindowsNT world send his
`/etc/passwd' file in surch a way that I can at least
configurate correctly my `/etc/passwd' under Win98.
