I've not used the latest release yet. I will soon,
today, as soon as I get 1) The Platform SDK 2) a  good
program to work on.

Still love GCC tools.
Still use it.
Thanks for getting VIM working. 
Thanks for OPENGL.
I'll look into these today.
Just reinstalled VC 6.0. Rather use GCC and Cygwin
because of the openness of the programs.
Besides, I had bought the VC 6.00 introductory edition
to learn Windows programming.

Not using   Linux. Lost disk.
Actually, scratched disk that linux mandrake was  on.

Rreal  problem here. Where can i get some programming 
information on the Cygwin Dll
