Trying the new GUI setup, it breaks down if the following mirror is selected:

ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin

A window appears with title: ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/cygwin/setup.ini 
and an OK button. Pressing OK kills setup. Using another mirror, such as 
ftp://ftp.freesoftware.com, setup works fine.
