Subject:	newbie & jpeg lib

Hi,

I'm a newbie to cygwin.  I was looking for some manuals [on-line is
good].  Not sure how to set up the path.  Also, thought the download
included a libjpeg, but I can't seem to find it.  Can anyone shed some
light on that?
