Setup always required IE5? I never knew that. OK, my mistake, sorry.

I think just adding the words "Proxy settings" would be a big help.

Maybe that's just me being naive about the state of other countries'
nets. It's always been my experience that, if there isn't a mirror
actually in the same city as me, it's never worthwhile trying anything
else outside the US.
