Cygwin failed with errors:
Too many parameters
Command not found
The problem is that the Windows PATH had "...;C:\Program Files\...",
and the SET PATH in cygwin.bat choaked on the space.
A fix is to put double quotes around "%PATH%".
Also, the FAQ discussion of cygwin.bat should be changed to reflect this.
This applies to the latest online release (i don't know the number).
Would some developer please make this fix?
