Yup,

it does exactly this.

directories are shown with forward slashes like unix
you can define a root directory /
and mount drives and paths as subdirectories of
anything under root /

such as e:\mydir mounted under /usr/u/home

when you cd to /usr/u/home and do 'ls' you'll see the same stuff
as if you when to e:\mydir in dos and typed 'dir'

It's pretty cool, give it a try. 
The install is pretty clean and doesn't interfere or overstep any
other stuff on your system like current dos prompts and system
paths.
