you might need to create your own "virtual recycle bin" and move
files there and delete all the files when emptying the bin and
if you want to recover the file move it back. maybe you can make
the directory hidden so others can't see it.

You might also, need a file to keep information like where
the file was deleted from so you can move it back tothe right place.
