There's the Insight frontend but there are some others too I believe.
I tried insight which came with the cygwin distribution on win95 
but it seems to have lots of bugs.  It runs but not really able to use
it because of all the problems.

Others have seemed to use it but I think they're running linux.
so far I haven't heard of anyone else using Insight successfully on 
win95.
