If the question was about increasing the scroll buffer size, I didn't understand that. I haven't even installed the 1.1.x versions of cygwin on w95, beyond finding that Norton Antivirus had to be disabled to install there. I'm so spoiled by W2K that I go W95 only when running Thomas Guide or the real estate MLS software which is crippled so as not to run on NT or 2K. Yes, AFAIK the cygwin window is limited to "what you see.." on W95, but you can expand it as far as your screen resolution permits.
