Sorry if this is a completely stupid question. All was fine for me with cygwin-b20 but I can no longer compile anything under cygwin1.1.2 (and Windows 2000). I get a bunch of error messages of the sort: > gcc -I. -I. -O -c rsync.c -o rsync.o > In file included from > /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/2.95.2/../../../../include/sys/types.h:31, > from rsync.h:78, > from rsync.c:23: > /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/2.95.2/include/stddef.h:172: warning: empty > declaration My mount table seems normal (see below). The files gcc is looking for appear to be there. Many thanks for any suggestions, Rob. mount table: > Device Directory Type Flags > c:\cygwin\bin /usr/bin user binmode > c:\cygwin\lib /usr/lib user binmode > c:\cygwin / user binmode -- Robert Scholten Tel: +61 3 8344 5457 School of Physics Fax: +61 3 9347 4783 University of Melbourne email: r DOT scholten AT physics DOT unimelb DOT edu DOT au Victoria 3010 AUSTRALIA http://www.ph.unimelb.edu.au/~scholten -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
