Ok ! This problem is solved:

Now lapack++ tells me : ANSI C++ forbids declaration 'xxx' with no type
(inline function)
Wget has a linkage problem : ftp.o (..........) undefined reference to
'h_errno'

I' haven idea if are cgywin problems.
