I ran it just now, slow but sure, selecting the utk site.  I'm no longer
on an NT Novell network, but I don't see how that would be an
insurmountable problem.

setup.exe doesn't work for me. it says it's unable to find the ftp
server. is this a problem with your software or mine? i'm running NT 4.0
on a novell network..
