sexecve has an additionel parameter `hToken' which
has to be a user token which you get by calling the
NT/W2K function `LogonUser'. sexecve capsulates
the NT/W2K function `CreateProcessAsUser' as
execve capsulates `CreateProcess'. More information
about that functions is provided by MSDN.
