I am attempting to use zsh-3.1.7 on cygwin-1.1.1. It compiles just fine, but I am getting the STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION problem. In the archives I see that I need to take out MMAP in config.h. I have done this, and everywhere else I can find HAVE_MMAP, but still I get the STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION message. Is there something else I have missed?
