I did not notice that my "mknetrel" script produced a "gdb" program rather
than a "gdb.exe" program so I have been testing a week old version of gdb
all of this time.

The gdb-20000608.tar.gz file that I uploaded was corrupt so I have removed
it.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
