Attn: Technical Support

   I have been trying to run cygwin on windows 98. I have been having
trouble getting CYGWIN to run. I get an error message "Out of Environment
Space". I downloaded the documentation and read that I had to insert the
following in the config.sys.

shell=C:\command.com /e:4096 /p

I did but it didn't solve the problem. I tried increasing 4096 to 8192 but
that didn't help either.

   I changed the commands device to devicehigh and buffers to buffershigh in
config.sys but that didn't help either. Do you have any suggestions.

I would appreciate your help
