To Cygwin,

The findutils.tar.gz has all the executables to locate
files but it does not contain the updatedb.exe program
to create the locatedb database.  I rebuilt it using
the cygwin 1.1.1 compiler and all's well for me;
however, for other cygwin users you may want to 
add it to the distribution.
