Chris, what happened to me the night before was that I did mount my D =
drive under binmode. So, cygwin1.dll was right.
Using Windows 98, original. Linux is here, but is lurking somewhere in =
the background while I play with Cygwin.
Question: Does the Gnu Toolkit multithread? If so, how would one go =
about setting up Windows 98 with the Gnu Toolkit to multithread? =
Meanwhile, I'm searching for the answer myself. You see, the MFC =
multithreads. In order for it to work. I need multitrhreading.
I'm preparing the source code to the MFC here at the house. If all goes =
well, I mght send it to you guys. I got the source from my Visual C++ =
6.0 learner's edition.

I've duplicated this crash and am attempting to fix it.
I hate Windows 95.
