Setup works perfectly fine for me using Netscape Communicator v 4.7.3 as my
default web browser. That version of Netscape, and at least one previous version,
preserves file names fine as I use it. You don't *need* to use IE5 to have simple,
safe and reliable use of setup.exe in my experience.
