Setup continues to refuse to connect to any internet site.  Without further
explanation.  I have downloaded different versions repeatedly during this past
week++, and it continues to refuse to make a connection to the internet site.  And
I continue to be able to connect manually.  Is there any test that I could perform
to see what is failing, or configuration that I could perform?
