I'm pleased to announce a massive update to the cygutils website. It'll
probably be the last for a month or so, but enjoy!

usr-local was first released in Nov 1999, so I figured it was time to do
a small update. usrlocal is now sync'ed up with the most recent versions
on cygutils; I also removed some packages that were absorbed by the
latest net release. 

Changes:

removed groff-1.11.1, man-1.5g, and texinfo-3.12 (now included in
sourceware's latest net release of cygwin) 
bzip2 sync'ed with the 2000-Jan-08 cygutils release 
gdbm sync'ed to gdbm-1.8.0-1 
cvs sync'ed to 2000-Feb-25 cygutils release (cvs-1.10-1) 
vim updated (vim-5.6) 
zlib updated (still 1.1.3, but now includes static lib and
dll+importlib) 
libpng updated to v1.0.6c (now includes both static lib and
dll+importlib)

vim-5.6 released. This one (unlike the vim-5.5 package that was here) is
completely independent of X11. Part of the /usr/local distro.

libpng-1.0.6c released. This version includes both a static lib and a
dll+importlib. Part of the /usr/local distro.

zlib-1.1.3 updated. Rebuilt to include both a static lib, and a
dll+importlib. Part of the /usr/local distro.
