Hello,

When I go to the link of many site to get win32 binary release of the latest
cygnus, for examples:
ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/gnu/cygwin/
ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin/mirrors/cygnus/
ftp://ftp.sunet.se/pub/lang/cygwin/
 I see no full.exe!?

Where are there?
