Lots of new packages (and updates), all for Cygwin V1.1 (and CD, and
latest snapshots, but not B20).

o texinfo-3.12 updated. 
  I relinked install-info.exe to eliminate a 
  dependency on libz.dll. Thanks to Olaf
  Bachmann for pointing this out.

o rxvt-2.6.2 available.
  New version of rxvt.

o unzip-5.41 available.
  New version of unzip.
  Cosmin Truta has been working with the
  InfoZip folks, and pointed out that the
  recent versions have much better 
  cygwin support out-of-box.

o zip-2.3 available.
  New version of zip.
  see above.

o ncftp-3.0.1 available.
  New package! 

o wget-1.5.3 available.
  New package!
