Subject:	md5sum and latest/tcltk

I downloaded the complete tree for the new net distribution and checked
the available md5.sum files against each *.gz file.  The tcltk md5sum
did not match, turns out there is only one entry in it, for the *src*
and nothing for the binary *.gz.  Ran gunzip -t on the *src*.gz and it
was OK, so I assume the md5.sum file is incorrect.
