Hello Cygnus/Cygwin, I very much admire your dedication to open-source ideals. I'm unable to run Linux at work, so your Win32 implementation of GNU applications is a wonderful in-between. The problem I have experienced is with diff in your B20 distribution - the diff when used in two different RCS distribution failed in it's interaction with ci/co. When I downloaded both the diff from http://www.sourcegear.com/CVS/Dev/code then it worked fine. The problem with diff and rcs in http://www.sourcegear.com/CVS/Dev/code was that it would always wipe out the previous revision of my source-code before writing a new revision in the *,v file. I cannot narrow it down any further. Best regards, Alex -- Want to unsubscribe from this list? Send a message to cygwin-unsubscribe AT sourceware DOT cygnus DOT com
