I tried compiling TCL along with the entire kit in DEV-SRC.TAR.GZ.
I got a signal 127, windows quit, and said "illegal operation."
I am trying to compile it with Gnu GCC 2.91.57.
I am compiling 2.95.2 with all the tools from Cygwin.
At least the ones that are on the Sourceware CD.
