Hi, I got and installed Cygwin-B20.1, it appears to work fine. I'm new to cygwin, so please, forgive me if I ask something that may seem trivial to you. The explanation of copyright issues in the FAQ is not entirely clear. In an other section the FAQ says that if I use the '-mno-cygwin' compiler switch, the executables are linked against native win32 DLLs. Then why should the resulting program be under the GPL? Please, cc to my address when replying. Thanks! Laszlo Menczel Biological Research Center Szeged, Hungary -- Want to unsubscribe from this list?
