Hi,

I got and installed Cygwin-B20.1, it appears to work fine.
I'm new to cygwin, so please, forgive me if I ask something
that may seem trivial to you.

The explanation of copyright issues in the FAQ is not
entirely clear. In an other section the FAQ says that
if I use the '-mno-cygwin' compiler switch, the executables
are linked against native win32 DLLs. Then why should the
resulting program be under the GPL?

Please, cc to my address when replying. Thanks!
