Since I fixed an underlying error in gdbm, I recompiled cvs which depends on that package. There are no source-code level changes in this release. However, 'cvs export' now works correctly. You may have to fix manually the permissions of ${CVSROOT}/CVSROOT/val-tags using the windows Properties->Security->Permissions tab if you have used the original cvs-1.10 package from cygutils. That older version created val-tags with an incomplete set of ACL's, so the val-tags file would be completely inaccessible from within cygwin. Oops.
