Subject: [ANN] cvs-1.10-1

Since I fixed an underlying error in gdbm, I recompiled cvs which
depends on that package. There are no source-code level changes in this
release. However, 'cvs export' now works correctly. You may have to fix
manually the permissions of ${CVSROOT}/CVSROOT/val-tags using the
windows Properties->Security->Permissions tab if you have used the
original cvs-1.10 package from cygutils. That older version created
val-tags with an incomplete set of ACL's, so the val-tags file would be
completely inaccessible from within cygwin. Oops.

Anyway, cvs-1.10-1 source, binary, and patch are available from
http://cygutils.netpedia.net/V1.1/
