Do you use any disk defragmentation software like Diskeeper for NT?

Six months ago, I installed Executive Software Diskeeper 4.1 on my NT 4.0.
I noticed the performace of my CPU was reduced by almost 50% and Task
manager was showing a constant
100% CPU and memory usage. Cygwin compilations were painfully slow. I
removed the Diskeeper and my NT started behaving.
