Subject: snapshot 20000211

HI, cygwin list

after installing snapshot 20000211 (cygwin1.dll + cygwin-inst) I noticed
that after
using <cmd> & in bash (any command) that the bash process was using 100%
of the cpu as soon
as the <cmd> finishses.

may be this info is usefull to someone ??
