machine specs:
 384MB RAM 
 120MB free on temp directory NTFS
 p-pro 200MHz
 NT4.0sp6a Server

Installing cygwin-b20 using full.exe[14,247,216bytes]

 display's extraction screen (w/ red box)
 extracts to tempdir/uniqdir
 exec setup.exe

 does not display, both full.exe & Setup.exe become idle

this binary does work under win98 dual boot


would appreciate any help anyone could give.
