Subject: TMP variable and NT2K

Prabhakar,

For reference to you and any others who may be using Win 2000, my
suggestion to put double quotes around the TMP variable assignment
SHOULD NOT BE DONE.

I discovered today that having done so causes total failure of the
"Computer Management" program with an error that there was not enough
space for temporary files. Removing the quotes fixed the problem.
