I have some problem with make..

when I start bash with such cygnus.bat:

SET MAKE_MODE=UNIX
SET PATH=c:\CYGNUS\CYGWIN~1\H-I586~1\BIN;%PATH%
bash

I can do make and all is OK..
but when I start bash :

SET MAKE_MODE=UNIX
SET CYGWIN=binmode tty
SET PATH=c:\CYGNUS\CYGWIN~1\H-I586~1\BIN;%PATH%
bash

I have a problem with make.. makefile is performed
with error '' need by config.status'

any idea ?
