I have problems with the systemc libraries (www.systemc.org).
In the Solaris distribution of the systemc libraries there is a "libqt.a" unsuitable for cygwin.
How can I build the libqt.a library under cygwin environment ?
Is there a source distribution of the Quick Threads ?
