Oh, sorry, then I missed the point. I thought you were speaking about the way
strings are stored in compiled resources appended to executables. And AFAIK this
is done in Unicode on Win32. On Win95 you then of course get them in normal
ASCII because Win95 doesn't support Unicode very well, but they're Unicode in
the executable's resources.
