Subject: iconized windows or not with system command
Mime-Version: 1.0

Does anyone know how Cygwin-b20.1 programs compiled with the -mno-cygwin
option decide whether to run files executed with the 'system("file")' command
iconized or as a window? The -mwindows option in the compilation of the main
program seems to have little effect on the execution of "file". The presence
or absence of output also seems to matter little. Can I control whether "file"
runs iconized or in a window?
