I'm using the 10/21 snapshot on NT4/SP4 and Win98 with no problems. On NT, I've
(re)built several different apps and libraries (e.g., X11R6.4, LessTif, XEmacs,
et. al.) with it. So far, the only "problem" I've seen is that every so often,
I get a console message complaining about not being able to send a signal to a
particular process. It doesn't seem to cause any problems, however.
